We would love for you to join us for Centering Prayer on Thursday nights at 6:15 p.m. Our meetings are a wonderful time to get to know other Christians and experience spiritual community.
Our times together consist of a period of silent, meditative prayer followed by discussion about practicing and living out the presence of God in everyday life. Every meeting opens with a reading from the Psalms and lasts less than an hour.
Rickey Cotton, long-time practitioner and trained presenter, is the facilitator. Dan Stoller, a member of our Church Council, is our host for the church.
You are welcome if you are new to silent, meditative prayer like Centering Prayer and are simply curious and want to learn more, or if this kind of prayer has been a part of your spiritual life for many years, or if you are somewhere in between.
