To the Grace Lutheran Congregation

It has been a year since we have worshipped together as a congregation.  Refraining from in-person worship protected our members from a deadly virus.   The outlook is brighter now, with vaccinations increasing and positivity rates declining.

Last week, the Congregational Council contacted members to survey interest in returning to in-person worship.  With the responses received and with guidance from our Covid Task Force, the Council had a special meeting on Sunday, March 14th and voted to have two in-person worship services on Easter Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.  We will ask for reservations to ensure social distancing and face masks will be required.

The 10 a.m. service will also be streamed for those who aren’t comfortable with or able to attend in person.

Following these services, the Council will have further discussion about whether to continue with in-person services on a regular basis. We are excited and hopeful for our future as a congregation and look forward to continued worship and fellowship together.
