Come and discover the health benefits of Tai Chi. Classes are held on Mondays and Fridays, 6 pm to 7 pm in Fellowship Hall. These  classes are open to members & friends.

Tai Chi is a form of exercise for all ages that involves a series of graceful motions and deep breathing that improves flexibility, balance, and overall health.   The movements are relaxed, gentle, and slow, to help your mind, body, and spirit.

The class is being taught by Dan Stoller, a certified Tai Chi instructior.
