November 4, 2020

Greetings People of Grace!

I hope you are well and enjoying this lovely November morning! This is a brief reminder about our trial of in-person worship during November.

For Evening Prayer in Fellowship Hall, up to 6 people may attend (to keep our total number at ten) by contacting the church office to make a reservation. For Sunday worship on the breezeway, we can have up to 8 (there are fewer assistants for that service). Again please contact the church office. The Covid Response Task Force has prepared guidelines to be followed including the requirement of mask-wearing and the maintaining of a social/physical distance of 6 feet.

Evening Prayer begins at 5:30 (we go “live” at 5:20) and is concluded shortly before 6:00. Sunday worship will begin at 10:00 and will follow the liturgy of the Service of the Word in our hymnal. I anticipate that it may be approximately 30-40 minutes.

Evening Prayer services are November 5, 12 and 19. Sunday services are November 8 and 15. Following this, the Task Force will evaluate the process and make further recommendations. Please contact me or the office with any questions you may have.

I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love toward all the saints. I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation.

Ephesians 1:15-17

In Christ’s love,
