♦     Quilts: We will bless the quilts today and they will be packed and delivered to Lutheran World Relief in the coming days.

♦     Sign up in the narthex to sponsor flowers for our altar. Forms can be placed in the offering plate. (Please note, the cost of altar flowers has increased to $40 per week.)

♦     January’s God’s Work Our Hands: VISTE. We collect food, hygiene & household items to Volunteers in Service to the Elderly, to help at-risk seniors stay in their homes.

♦     February’s God’s Work Our Hands: CROP Hunger Walk. Christian Rural Overseas Program raises funds and collects canned food to build food security in communities worldwide. Local agency beneficiaries include Talbot House Ministries and Lighthouse Ministries. Join Grace’s walking team on February 22, at 1 pm at First Presbyterian Church, Lakeland. ♦     Please let the office know if you or any of our church family is in hospital or needs home communion.

♦    The Backpack Ministry helps feed the students of Oscar J. Pope Elementary. Please continue to bring ramen noodles and 16/18 oz creamy peanut butter.

♦    Friendship Pads: All who are worshipping with us today, especially those who are visiting with us, are invited to sign the Friendship Pad that is at the center aisle end of the pew. Please list your phone number if you are visiting. We would like to be in touch with you and to welcome you to our gathering. After you sign, please pass it down the pew and back.
