JoAnn Carolyn Shnur Herrick died on September 29, 2022 and a memorial service was held for her on October 13, 2022.  A woman ahead of her time, an international leader in the Lutheran Church and mentor to many.  No doubt she was greeted by a choir of angels!

She is survived by her grandsons Kevin Mark Patterson (Vanessa Louise) and David Jeffery Patterson (Karen Ann), their step-mother, Sharon Patterson, her great-granddaughter Ashley Carolyn Smith, and great, great-granddaughter Iris Ameliana Plasse.
