Leadership Opportunities Currently, Grace Lutheran's Youth Ministry Committee are looking for adults to volunteer to head up the various Youth Groups - elementary age from third grade through sixth, middle school age from seventh grade through eighth, and senior high school age from ninth grade through twelfth.  If you are interested and feel called to help out with one of the above groups, or even just one event, please feel free to contact either Francesca Carpanini or David A. Events: First Saturday each month, 10:00 a.m. - Meet at church and go to nearby mobile home park to pick up newspapers First Sunday each month - Youth Ministry Committee meet in the Christian Education office after late worship service to plan, recap, brainstorm, and just brag about our Youth! Third Sundays (not ALL third Sundays, so check the calendar!) each month - Shop, cook, set up, serve, and clean up luncheon for the congregation.  This is a fund-raising opportunity as well as a fellowship opportunity for the Youth, and to show off some of our Youths' (and parents') culinary skills! The Youth are currently planning several fundraising opportunities in order to raise money to send them and their yet-to-be-named chaperons to New Orleans, Louisiana, to attend the Lutheran Youth Gathering July 22-26, 2009.
